While it has its health benefits, dark chocolate isn’t the tastiest of the cocoa family.

Unfortunately, these kids are learning that the hard way.

Watch their faces scrunch and their brows furrow as they try the bitter treat for the first time.

That’s okay — they’ll be reaching for some when they grow up.

Tulsa County, Okla.

It’s a case of if at first you don’t succeed, try and fail again. According to KRMG, 57-year-old Vickie Weisberg has been convicted of grand larceny before, and she was forbidden from going into a Kohl’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa police say that didn’t stop Weisberg from going into the store Monday afternoon.

Still, trespassing isn’t the only count Weisberg faces. She was caught allegedly trying to steal $658.95 worth of merchandise from the store. No word on what Weisberg was reportedly trying to steal. Officers arrived at the scene and took [More]

CHICAGO

Dennis Hastert pleaded guilty Wednesday to evading banking laws in a hush-money scheme, averting a trial by agreeing to a deal with federal prosecutors that recommends the former House speaker serve no more than six months in prison.

Before accepting the plea, the 73-year-old Republican was warned by the judge that he could go beyond the deal’s recommendation and give Hastert up to five years behind bars when he is sentenced in February.

Because the plea has a sentencing range from no time to six months, Judge Thomas M. Durkin could also decide to put Hastert on probation or home confinement.

David Gilmour has released a new music video for “Faces Of Stone”, a track from his latest solo album, “Rattle That Lock.” It’s a personal song by the Pink Floyd guitarist about the end of a life and a beginning of another.

“Towards the end of my mother’s life, when she was suffering from dementia,” Gilmour explains, “there was a brief crossover period of about 9 months, when she was alive and my daughter was newly born: this song is a musing on that time. Specifically it refers to a walk in the park where my mother was ‘seeing’ pictures, or [More]

JJ Abrams says Luke Skywalker’s absence from new ‘Star Wars’ trailer is ‘no accident’

Though Harrison Ford’s Han Solo and Carrie Fisher’s Princess Leia feature in the latest trailer and poster for Abrams’ Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the third member of the iconic original trio, Mark Hamill’s Luke Skywalker, does not appear in either.

Star Wars fans have come up with numerous theories to explain his absence, including the possibility that he is “living in self-imposed exile” or potentially “lost on a desert planet”.

Asked about Luke Skywalker’s recent low profile, Abrams told the Associated Press: “These are good questions to [More]
